Canned peaches

The canned peaches consisting of edible parts of peaches preserved as adi product with pH below 4.0, and a proper heat treatement to reach a commercialy sterile product with a self life of three years after packing.

Once not edible parts of peach has been removed, the peaches are packed in several styles:

  • Whole peaches.
  • Peach halves.
  • Peach slices.
  • Peach dices.

The canned peaches, depending of packing media, are preseved in several presentations:

  • Light syrup. Consisting of a syrup 14º to 17º brix range.
  • Water. The product is preserved just in water without additives.
  • Juice. Consisting of grape juice or pear juice more than 10º brix.
